I cannot add subs to a published lineup

Sometimes a lineup is published without a bench then I find the bench.

I cannot insert the bench to an already published lineup which makes it seem unfinished

Also when someone has published the squad for the game but no formation has been selected. That would be good if you can add a formation even if someone else has send in the names.
