What is Canny?

Forza Football tiene como objetivo dar voz a las y los fans, ofrecer la oportunidad de expresar tus opiniones y hacer que éstas sean escuchadas. Nos esforzamos día a día para crear la mejor aplicación de fútbol posible pero sabemos que aún hay un largo camino frente a nosotros para lograrlo. Entendemos que tal vez encuentres problemas al usar Forza y creemos que hay nadie mejor que ustedes, usuarias y usuarios, para hacernos saber de los errores que puedan surgir al usar la aplicación. También queremos saber qué te limita y detiene de seguir el fútbol fuera de Forza; sean problemas en casa, trabajo, de camino al estadio, para que podamos pensar en cómo intentar resolverlos. Es por esto que hemos establecido un lugar en el que nos hagas saber estos inconvenientes que enfrentas como fan del fútbol, lo que nos permitirá ofrecer útiles y convenientes soluciones. Este es el lugar: https://forza-football.canny.io/problems-and-issues Ustedes, como usuarias y usuarios, podrán publicar problemas que han enfrentado y votar por aquellos con los que te identifiques. Puedes comentar posibles soluciones y dar ejemplos y situaciones de cuándo sucede el problema. Por nuestra parte, ¡mantendremos estos inconvenientes siempre presentes al crear nuevas funcionalidades y mejorar Forza! A través de ese portal, proveeremos comentarios y respuestas a cada tema creado, haciéndote saber cómo planeamos resolverlo. Todo esto tiene la finalidad de que, cuando agreguemos algo a nuestra aplicación, estemos seguros de que ofrece valor para ti. Es importante mencionar que, aunque manejaremos la plataforma en inglés, podrás publicar en el idioma que prefieras y nosotros nos encargaremos de traducir el título y mensaje, o agruparlo con temas similares. Forza Football set out to give fans a voice, to give you the chance to express your opinions about football and have those opinions heard. We have always strived to make the best possible app but we know there is still progress to be made. We understand that there might be issues you face when using the app and there is no one better than you, our users, to tell us the problems you encounter while using the app. We also want to hear about common issues which crop up and stop you from following football outside of the app; whether you face these problem at home, at work, on the commute or in the stadium, so we can think about ways we can tackle them. That’s why we have set up a place where you can tell us about issues you have come across as a football fan, so we can work towards giving you useful and powerful solutions. That place is this board: https://forza-football.canny.io/problems-and-issues You guys can post issues you have faced and then vote on the ones that you can relate to. You can comment possible solutions and give us examples of when you have come across these issues. We will have your problems in mind when we build and improve the app! Forza Calcio è stata programmata per dare voce ai fan, per darti la possibilità di esprimere le tue opinioni sul calcio, facendo in modo che vengano ascoltate. Ci siamo sempre sforzati al massimo per creare la miglior app possibile, ma sappiamo che ci sono ancora progressi da fare. Ci rendiamo conto che potresti riscontrare dei problemi nell'uso dell'app e non c'è nessuno meglio di te, in qualità di utente, che possa descriverci quali sono questi problemi. Vogliamo anche sapere quali sono i problemi più comuni che si manifestano e fare in modo che tu non debba seguire il calcio al di fuori dell'app; che si tratti di problemi riscontrati a casa, al lavoro, durante il tragitto casa-lavoro oppure allo stadio, ragioneremo sui modi in cui possiamo affrontarli. Ecco perché abbiamo organizzato un posto dove puoi descriverci i problemi che hai incontrato da appassionato/a di calcio, in modo da adoperarci poi per fornirti soluzioni utili ed efficaci. Puoi commentare riportando le possibili soluzioni e fornirci gli esempi delle situazioni in cui ti sei imbattuto/a in questi problemi. Terremo bene a mente i problemi che ci hai descritto quando svilupperemo e miglioreremo l'app! Pubblicheremo commenti riguardo a ciascun problema, riferendoti come abbiamo programmato di affrontarlo. Puoi scrivere alla lavagna in italiano e lo tradurremo anche in inglese in modo che tutti possano capirlo!
